Diagnosis & Treatment
Occupational therapists rehabilitate upper extremity injuries or disabilities, including injuries to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, or hand. The conditions most often treated at the clinic are traumatic injuries to the hand and upper extremity, athletic injuries, work related injuries, arthritis, and repetitive motion injuries. Patients may be experiencing pain and/or a loss of strength or range-of-motion in the fingers, hands, elbows or shoulders. The clinic specializes in treating patients of all ages with tendon injuries, fractures, tennis and golfers elbow, shoulder impingement, and other rotator cuff problems.
